Can I return furniture items?

Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns on any flat-pack items that have been fully or partially assembled. This policy is in place due to the nature of flat-pack furniture. Once assembly has commenced, the integrity of the original packaging and the condition of the individual components are compromised. This makes it extremely difficult to return the item to a saleable condition. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

We strongly recommend that you check the dimensions of the furniture and plan its layout in your room before beginning assembly. This simple step can prevent potential space constraints.

Inspect all panels for damage before you start assembly. If you find any damaged parts, please contact us immediately for assistance.


  • You are entitled to return your order within 7 days of the goods having been delivered to you.

  • Returns are subject to Return Shipping Fee and a 10 % Return Handling Fee. We will refund you in full within 14 to 21 days, less the Shipping and Handling Fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • ALL returns are subject to pre-approval on a case-by-case basis.

  • No furniture products can be returned to White House / Continental linen showrooms.

  • Products must be in their original condition, unassembled, unused and returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

  • As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being despatched. If your order has already been despatched you may return the items to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
