How do I return an item I purchased Online?

Customers may return any product bought online to a Whitehouse or Continental Linen store within 30 days from the shipping date.

If you do not wish to return the items in store, goods may be couriered back to our online warehouse for a nominal fee. Please email [hello@bedbathhome.co.za] with a request to return your products. Once your request for return has been received, you will be sent a link to make payment for the cost of the return courier fee. Alternatively, the courier cost will be deducted from your refund due.
